Building partnerships for a sustainable environmental solutions Made in Germany

The factsheet gives you an overview about the project activities of GIZ in Ukraine, Jordan, India, Thailand and Malaysia. 
Project measures focus on building up technical and institutional know-how as well as laying the groundwork for the introduction and use of environmental climate protection technologies with challenging or complex framework conditions. To support a long-lasting contribution to achieving the UN's sustainaible development goals (SDGs), the focus is on knowledge transer, pilot projects, sustainable business models, capacity building, environmental education and awareness raising. 

As a partner of the "Export Initiative Environmental Protection" (EXI), GIZ is implementing the global project "Environmental Protection Worldwide" on behalf of BMUV.
