Indonesia: Qualitative Assessment of Reusable Food Packaging

cover

The existence of a reusable packaging system for food and beverage (F&B) delivery of ready-to-eat food requires a different business model from that of the single-use packaging system. This system introduces the reusable food container provider, Allas, as a start-up company that is connecting F&B merchants-and-online customers.

This report is to contribute to the assessment of the CAP SEA’ pilot project performance by providing quality assessment, monitoring and evaluation from economic perspective. CAP SEA is a module of GIZ’s global project to support the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV)’s Export Initiative Environmental Protection.
